Mixers-They are definitely an investment but one that is so needed to bake. I am a KitchenAid fan for both a hand and stand mixer. I have and use both of these all the time and have had them for years. This hand mixer is great for kids and smaller things that you don’t want to grab out the stand mixer for. Stand mixers are sometime hard to find in stock and on sale. I recommend to get the 5 or 6 qt. professional and you will never need to buy a stand mixer again. Currently I do not see them on sale anywhere but that can change at any point. I am always looking for when they go on sale and share that in my instagram stories.
