This just felt right with our snow dayz. It is one of my favorites! It can be made as a single glass or made in a large batch just pour the ginger ale in each glass as it is served!

Snow Dayz

1.5oz Vanilla Vodka
1.5oz Rumchatta
1.5oz Blue Curacao
Top with ginger ale

Directions:
Shake liquors and pour into a glass with ice and top with ginger ale. Lightly mix.

Notes:
Kind of like a blue slurpee.

Rotel Sausage & Cream Cheese Crescents

Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 20 min | Servings:
Yield: 32 bites

1 (1-lb) roll breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
1(8-oz) cream cheese, softened
1(10-oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies drained very well
2 (8-oz) cans refrigerated crescent rolls
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large bowl, mix together cooked sausage, cream cheese, and drained Rotel tomatoes and green chilies.
Separate rolls into triangles. Cut each triangle in half lengthwise making two triangles. Using a small cookie scoop and scoop sausage filling onto each roll and roll up.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
