These homemade cranberry, white chocolate & blueberry cookies are amazing! The tangy taste of cranberries and blueberries complements the rich sweetness of white chocolate topped off with the sea salt makes the perfect sweat and salty ! I use this cookie dough base for numerous cookies. It’s easy to swap out the mix-in’s depending on the season!
How to Make it
Combine butter and sugars, and mix for a few minutes until light and fluffy
Add eggs and vanilla, and mix until combined.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
Stir in white chocolate chips, cranberries and blueberries.
Chill dough in fridge for a few hours. Scoop onto cookie sheet and sprinkle very, very lightly with sea salt.
Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 13 minutes maybe less or more depending on your oven.
